Meet David V. Martini, MD, FACS

Dr. Martini is Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. As the Medical Director and Cosmetic Surgeon for Replenish Cosmetic Institute, he performs our surgical and injectable procedures as well as supervises our team of practitioners performing laser and skin treatments in our Medical Spa.

Dr. Martini received his medical degree from Hahnemann University College of Medicine. He served his internship in general surgery followed by Residency in Otolaryngology at Kings County Hospital Center, Brooklyn, New York under the auspices of the State University of New York Downstate. While at Kings County he was appointed Chief Resident, Otolaryngology (head and neck surgery). He completed an American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Martini is artistically driven to achieve the most natural, refined look for each of his patients. Focusing on face, brow, eyelid, neck lifts and nasal contouring, his artistic skills are dedicated to bringing out the best in your most visible areas. Studying, performing and refining both conventional and laser liposuction techniques for the face, neck and body, Replenish Cosmetic Institute is now a designated training facility, by Osyris Medical, where Dr. Martini trains other doctors on laser liposuction procedures using the Lipotherme System. Tracy Martini, RN, MSN
Administrator/Laser Specialist

Tracy Martini is a registered nurse with over 25 years experience in Ear, Nose, Throat, Facial Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in 1984 and a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from Widener University in 1990. Prior to joining the staff, Tracy worked in various inpatient and outpatient surgery settings including The University of Pennsylvania, New York University and The Center for Specialty Care, a prestigious private surgical center specializing in Plastic Surgery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She has held positions as Staff Nurse, Clinical Leader, Director of Nursing, and Practice Administrator. Tracy provides administrative and clinical services for Chesapeake Ear, Nose, Throat & Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Replenish Cosmetic Institute. She has advanced training, experience, and certification in a full spectrum of laser treatments, injectable fillers, and BOTOX Cosmetic.

Cindy Stobart
Aesthetician

Cindy Stobart is a licensed Aesthetician in both the states of Delaware and Maryland. She graduated from Aesthetician Technique/The Skincare School and Center in early 2003. She Served as an Instructor of Esthetics, teaching both basic and advanced esthetics since 2003 at Aesthetician Technique and Dawn Training Centre. Six years of teaching experience along with several positions working in local salons and spas has cumulated into a vast array of knowledge and experience in working with all skin types and conditions. Whether it would be the symptoms of aging, sun damage, acne, rosacea, sensitive skin or you are just looking to maintain healthy skin, she will create a custom treatment plan designed to get the results you are looking for.
